On Saturday, December 11th, Heather Hipp became only the 2nd person ever in her family to graduate from college, and we were so proud to be there to celebrate with her! Larry & I flew up for the weekend, and while it burned our feet to walk on that University of Alabama campus without our Auburn orange and blue on, we did it for her! (Actually, Larry did wear his Auburn tie to the ceremony!) She got to walk across that big stage in her cap and gown, proudly accept her diploma case (actual diploma to be mailed later), get lots of pictures taken by her own personal photographer (yours truly), and wined & dined to celebrate. It was a fun weekend and we were so glad to be part of it.
And big thanks to Grammie & Grandad for babysitting in Tampa for us! ;)
